Private coaching plans can be designed for in person attendance or via virtual session, or a combination of both, according to the client's individual goals.

Drop in 1-2-1 training:
Individual 75 minute coaching sessions can be purchased without commitment, subject to a three month expiration and restricted Coach availability.

We offer this service to clients who are serious about change- you keep a one week diary detailing what you eat, drink, how much you sleep and other lifestyle factors, then we analyse it and produce a bespoke set of lifestyle adjustments that will guarantee you results.
